RESP Webinars

RESP (Respiratory Expert Speaker and Patient) webinars are an online research initiative we have launched with INSPIRE - an NIHR-supported network and Asthma + Lung UK. This network aims to engage early career respiratory clinicians in frontline clinical research.

The webinars provide updates in clinical research across a range of respiratory diseases, and will focus on current management, future perspectives and highlight the voices of expert patients.

Current management

Why do we do what we currently do? What is the historical perspective? What is the evidence base?

Future perspectives

What treatments will we be using in the future? What are the key trials to watch out for? What are the research questions that audience members might wish to pursue?

Expert patient voice

What is their experience of managing their condition, and what do they think the research focus should be?
