The Women in Healthcare Leadership project was set up in 2019, as part of the Healthcare Leadership Academy, by a team of scholars and faculty members. The project aims to address the issue that women continue to remain underrepresented in leadership roles within healthcare.
This project provides an opportunity to pose questions, invite open discussion and create a bank of resources for women aspiring to become leaders in healthcare.
